RAVAGE Announces New Album Title

April 19, 2008

RAVAGE, the heavy metal band from Boston, has changed the title of its new full-length album to "The End of Tomorrow" from the previously announced "Damn Nation". The band will record two more songs for the CD during the summer and it will be released in late 2008 on an as-yet-undetermined label. In the meantime, a six-song EP called "Freedom Fighter" will be released on May 16. This will be a very limited-edition pressing and it will be very moderately priced. Pre-order details will be available soon. The CDs will be available at the RAVAGE show on May 16 at Club Goodtimes in Somerville, MA.

"Freedom Fighter" will contain three songs from the forthcoming album, two exclusive tracks, and a cover of the IRON MAIDEN song "Be Quick or Be Dead". The EP will be packaged with a free limited-edition "Damn Nation" poster. The EP and poster both feature artwork by Arizona-based artist Matt Anderson, who created the cover art for RAVAGE's 2003 "Curse of Heaven" EP.

"Freedom Fighter" EP track listing:

01. Freedom Fighter
02. Damn Nation
03. The Shredder
04. Grapes of Wrath
05. A Captive of Sin
